Changing WordPress Domain

    I have no problem keeping “wordpress.com” as part of my domain, but wanted to see if I could change any other part of it (the main title). When I try to register a new domain with the “wordpress.com” extension, I’m told it’s an invalid URL.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    When you say “register a new domain” do you mean when you try to change your blog address? If so, are you using the process laid out by the link below?

    If so, you should be able to change the first part of your domain name to any untaken name–so long as it only contains lowercase letters and numbers.
