Changing wordpress name

I built a great site using a wordpress name I don’t like. Now I want to change that name to the other blog name I have on wordpress. Can I do it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I dont think you can switch blog addresses between WordPress.COM sites. As it has already been registered you will get a message like “not available”.But you can export and import contents from one site to another.
Follow these steps to do that:
1. Go here: https://wordpress.com/settings/export/, select a site from which you want to export the contents.
2. Click on Export All(if you want to export everything), Click on the arrow to if you just want to export specific things like posts, categories etc.
3. It will give you an .XML export file.
4. Once that done, go here: https://wordpress.com/settings/import/, select the site into which you want to import the contents.
5. On the WordPress option click Start Import.
6. Upload the file and wait for the import process to finish.More information about exporting and importing contents can be found in these support docs:
