Changing WordPress url

  Hi have a site through WordPress http://www.julesparker.co.uk . I wanted to change the url to a new domain (mrsparker.co.uk) I have bought. I entered this in the settings to see if that would change it. Instead every time I try to log into my julesparker.co.uk admin dashboard it takes me to mrsparker as a redirect which doesn’t have anything. I can’t get into my login at all. I can’t access my site. I paid for it but can’t find a way to contact WordPress for help?

  This is a public forum that provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  Hi, When I log in it tells me to come for support here. I have just tried logging in at .org but it says I am not recognised.

  I am completely stuck and would really appreciate being able to speak to someone fully about this

  The domain is hosted with 123reg. Is it them I need to go too? I can’t even get into my WordPress admin dashboard as it just redirects me to the new domain which has nothing on it
