Changing WordPress.com Blog URL

  I would like to change the URL/domain name of a (free) WordPress.com blog. However, I cannot find how to do this, and this article no longer appears to be accurate: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Do I actually have to export and re-import, as described here? http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  In your Dashboard, go to My Blogs, then under the name of your blog, there should be a link that says “Change Blog Address”. See here for a step by step explanation:
