changing working page colour

  I am using the ‘Nishita’ theme, which has a black page background. The default text colour is difficult to see when published so I have changed it to white, which looks good. The problem is, it’s now white on my editing page too and I can’t see it on the white of the page. Can I change the colour of the white page that I’m working on, so I can see my white typing?
