Changing/Customizing Theme

    I would like to change to the Spun theme as it graphically is very close to a website I’ve built on Wix. (Please no bashing about mixing sites – it’s done, I’m not changing it.) However there are elements of the theme – I’m not happy with and can’t seem to find a way to customize – and perhaps the answer is I can’t.

    For example – the graphic theme is circular, yet the header image frame is square? It looks horrific. Can I change that to a circle?

    The blog title text is the same as the text used for insert titles on the individual post images. Scroll over the circular images and individual post titles appear — wonderful. But, if I increase the title font size to where I want it — these titles also increase, obliterating the images. Is there no way to handle these text set separately?

    I may be asking to the the impossible and if so fine, I’ll just move on and won’t use that theme – but I thought these things were customizable. I look thru the various themes and when I preview them on my site they look nothing like they do in the preview page?

    I know nothing about CSS so looking at that is Greek to me. Is the answer that I have to go Premium?

    Hi there. To make these changes you will have to edit the theme’s CSS, yes, and for that you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade. Some features we can customise without upgrades, but not the changes you mention here.

    Many people customise their sites every day without really understanding CSS.
