How do I change my Blog name?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Site titles (Blog Names) and optional Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
If what you want to do is change the blog address ie. the URL this option will permanently disable the address and you will not be able to reuse it. Only select this option if you are sure you will not use the address again. If you want to redirect traffic to the new blog, you can keep the address and purchase the Site Redirect upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

Thanks for reply timethief. But, I can’t find > general under settings? I am just trying to change the title page/name of the blog.

You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog.
Dashboard > left hand column scroll to bottom to locate

You’ve been such a help, might you know how I can delete a blog? I managed to unwittingly set up 3 in the beginning and just want one. Thanks again.

To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If you clicked it and the blog was deleted it’s game over. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
