Chaning post background colour in Coraline theme

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to change the background colour of my posts (from orange) as this doesn’t go with my blog’s theme. Anyone with experience of CSS able to suggest some coding to change the post background colour to white would be greatly appreciated!

Are you referring to the yellow background color in “sticky posts”? And why do you have more than one “sticky post”? Multiple sticky posts lead to editing problems.
