  Hello, My site seems to have disappeared. I believe I updated everything. I’m not sure what else I need to do to bring it back. Thanks!

  Hi there,

  That domain used to be connected to the site at http://holacoquito.wordpress.com/ via a domain connection upgrade on our Business Plan.

  Those upgrades, along with the site, belong to the other admin, coquitoeatmanhu

  That user allowed the plan to expire. When a plan expires, all the features added by the plan is removed (so in this case, that removed all the plugins you had installed, along with content created via those plugins) and the site is set to private.

  To use plugins on the site again, please go to Upgrades ->Plans and add a new Pro plan to the site. After you do that, you’ll be able to add a new domain connection upgrade to reconnect your domain, and you’ll have access to live chat support who can help you restore a backup of the site from before the upgrades were removed.
