  Hello, I’ve had another blogg before, but everything is different on my wordpress blog. I would like to change background colour/put a picture there that’s still, make my own header and change the colours of mainbar and sidebar and so on. How to do? I don’t understand the CSS-system…

  It’s easy to make those simple changes and would require you purchase the CSS upgrade. Though, it’s not recommended that you buy the upgrade if you know nothing about CSS. But, for the changes you’ve mentioned I’d just recommend searching the forum and you can figure out how to do that.
