Chaotic Soul footer text
-
I’m currently using the ChaoticSoul template and like it but I have a small quibble.
If I click on any post title there’s this text at the bottom that reads: ~ Written with love by mmm on November 05, 2006.
Anyway to change that? Personally, I don’t want anything there.
Written with love?
Good God. -

I see it; it’s only visible in the one-post view, when you click on the permalink.
My suspicion is that it is coded in there by the designer and that, barring a custom CSS upgrade, there’s nothing you can do about it. I wouldn’t say it’s intrusive, though.

I think I will send in some feedback and see what happens.
It’s not so much intrusive as it is lame. IMHO.
I think you may be right Raincoaster, designer code.
Oh, well… -
I agree that the designer coded it but this is a newly released theme and Bryan seems open to feedback. From a peek into the forum search box it seems other suggestions for improvement for the same theme have been made http://wordpress.com/forums/search.php?q=chaotic+soul and there’s some more feedback here on the original post too http://wordpress.com/blog/2006/10/26/new-theme-chaoticsoul/
Hey don’t don’t despair badsneaker – think positively because an update could be just around the corner. :) -
Thanks, Timethief.
I did get an email back from WP Support and the ‘written with love’ is part of the template. Not a huge deal.
I will keep an eye open for an update simply because I love the theme. I’m marking this as ‘resolved’.
Thanks for the help, guys. . .~m
