Chaotic Soul link color change

For whatever reason, the links on my blog suddenly changed to blue two days ago. I’ve tried to edit the color in CSS, but the color will not change. I’m using the Chaotic soul Theme and never had this problem before. I would think I’m doing something wrong, if any changes made to the CSS showed results. But no matter what I change, and after saving the stylesheet, it is exactly the same as it was before my alterations. The Blue links are hard to read on my background, otherwise I wouldn’t care so much. Is this a wordpress glitch for this particular scheme, and is there anyway to fix it?

That is because you have this The Trojan Empire above this
a:link,a:visited,a:active {
That isn’t the proper way to annotate CSS if that was what you were trying to do.
