Chaotic Soul – replying to comments bugged.

  The Comments themselves have some minor issue with the borders around them (there is no tabulature in the background of the nested comment), and when you try to reply to a comment, the text entry field gets smashed into the next comment (or appears as a very thin line if you’re trying to reply to the last comment). I’ve not experienced this problem before a month ago, but i checked another blog I know that uses Chaotic Soul theme and the same problem appears there, so it seems it’s a problem on the wordpress-side, not mine. Tested with newest FF and Chrome, my friends confirm the bug. Any ideas? Any chance for a fix?

  I see it on your blog with Safari as well.

  Staff might see this here, but I would suggest you also contact them directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ just to make sure they get to work on a fix.

  What’s the usual way the support team responds to bug reports and how long does it usually take? I guess it’s fair enough since there was a weekend so they didn’t really have much time to reply, I just hope it’s that because i really enjoy Chaotic Soul and I’d love to see it repaired as soon as it can be :)

  Usually they respond or acknowledge relatively quickly, but I sent them a request a few days ago and they haven’t responded yet. My best guess is that they’re overwhelmed with requests regarding the new Pilcrow theme and the editor “links” button not working.

  There are tons of bugs right now with this upgrade to “pre-beta 3.1” so I agree they are very busy.

  Figures… Anyways, thanks a lot for advice and replays, they got back to me and hopefully it’ll get fixed soon :) Going to set the topic to ‘resolved’ since there’s nothing to add I believe :)
