chaplin theme

I’d like to use the Chaplin theme for my wordpress.com blog. How’s that it’s missing from the available themes? Is there a way to use it without switching to a Business plan? I’m planning to upgrade to a Personal or Premium plan.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Here’s the Chaplin theme Overview: https://wordpress.com/theme/chaplin. Not sure why it’s absent from the themes showcase. I found it with a Google search.

There’s no plan requirement for any WordPress.com theme that I’m aware of. However, I’ll call for Staff attention to verify that point.
Staff: I also notice that there is no demo for Chaplin. The “Open Live Demo” link at the Overview goes to a theme preview: https://wp-themes.com/chaplin/.

I can see the theme but I can’t activate it on my wordpress.com blog (while I can on another self hosted 5.3.2 install).

Hi there,
It appears that the Chaplin theme was just taken down right as I was responding to you all. I initially saw the theme page, but it has been taken down. I have reached out to the Theme department in regards to this theme and I will let you know once I hear back from them.
Thanks!

I still see the theme page at https://wp-themes.com/chaplin/ but it has some glitches compared to other theme pages.
Anyway as twenty-twenty is based on Chaplin – but less granular in its options – I assumed it would work on any wordpress.com blog. I hope things gets fixed, thanks for helping!

It appears some people are able to see the theme page, while others cannot. But, yes, there are some glitches on our end that I am looking into and it most likely stems from the theme not truly being available for use. I will keep you updated. Thanks!
