Character encoding

  Hi! My static wordpress site neither has extra plugins, widgets nor did move since I created it, yet I found a character encoding problem. The problem occurs only in the first blocks of the page (all the pages of the website) and the issue I ceases when I go to editing mode. The language of the page is Hungarian.
