Character entities in sourcecode?

  I’m trying to include a chunk of C code in my post, using [sourcecode]. However, the wordpress html parser converts something like

  i < n

  to

  i < n

  which is how it’s displayed in the sourcecode block. How can I get such symbols to remain as they are in my sourcecode?
