characters

Hi,
I own the blog http://samyavastha.wordpress.com/
Before everything was fine but yesterday I changed the characters on the blog into FF market 10 for the title and FF Basic Gothic -3 for the text. Apparently the changes are registered, but then if I go visit the blog the characters are different. Only when I’m working on it I see the right configuration.
Would you be able to help me out? I’ve been trying since yesterday evening…
Thanks,
MagaThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Could you try clearing your browser cache?
You can do this in Firefox or Internet Explorer by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Del and click on Clear (Firefox) or Delete ( IE).
Now access your site again and see if it made any difference.

Thanks,I’ve been trying but nothing happens. I have firefox but I use a macintosh… is it maybe different?
-
Nope, I managed to cancel the cache, but the problem is always there. If I work on my blog everything seems fine, if I check it without being logged in, the characters are different… luckily only the characters

Which language are you using on your blog?
Please read the language related FAQs (3rd and 4th FAQs) at the end of Custom Fonts support page.
I guess the font you selected is not supported in your language. Please check.

Hi,
thanks a lot. If I understood right I have to pay something for that? Because at the beginning it was all fine and all my changes were recorded. But ow anymore. Maybe there was a test period in which I didn’t have to pay? Where can I but that?
My language is italian.

I just checked, but when I click the “Save” button I am not sent to the payment page… why?
-
Ah, I presumed you purchased the Custom Design upgrade :-)
I am not sure why you are not sent to payment page automatically. However you can go to Dashboard > Store and buy the Custom Design upgrade.
