chareback issue but still on a paid plan

Hi,
I am unable to log into my WordPress account because it says my account is suspended due to a chargeback issue. I want to clarify that I have already paid for my plan, and I am currently on an active paid plan.Because of the suspension, I cannot receive verification emails or access my dashboard at all.
Can someone please review my account, confirm my payment status, and reactivate my access as soon as possible? I’m happy to provide any proof of payment if needed.

If you have raised a Chargeback then you’ll need to cancel that if you did want to carry on using the site at WordPress.com. If you believe you HAVEN’T raised a chargeback and a mistake has been made then say so as there is a modlook tag here asking for a member of staff to reply here. i
