Did you tried to upgrade your account with one of those plans.
If you’ve been charged, so please check the card or bank statement and are you able to see ”WP charge” let us know.

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

It won’t let me sign into the account for reason? I can provide proof that it is being charged to my card. I want the charges reversed ASAP as I did not make any payments and am not associated with that account any longer.

What I post below applies only to sites hosted by WordPress.COM.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by WordPress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me at any time.
