Hello,
2 days ago, i started the 15 days free premium plan, but i canceled then i was charged with $86, and now i have nothing and im being charge with $99 for the free plan and $86 for the cancelation.So how can we resolve this?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
