  Hi, my account was just charged. I’m trying to cancel. And get refunded how do I do so before having to dispute the charge

  @shopconfettinola, was this charge related to another account? Can you send a url so we can look it up? The account you’re logged in right now with is brand new and doesn’t have any upgrades to refund. But once we get the correct account we can help.
