  I have tried to cancel this charge and domain/blog. someone from your group told me to ask again under this email which I was going to use for blog. never did. (email visible only to moderators and staff) Please help me cancel this and get a refund for automatic renewal. I don’t know what else to do.

  As mentioned there, you are simply logged into the wrong account.

  You will need to log in under the correct account.

  You know the email address on the account, now all you need to do is log out of WordPress.com and log back in under that email address.
