  Hello! I have a charge in my account for renewal. I am not interested in continuing WordPress services this year. I would like a refund to this account.

  Can you share your site’s URL?

  By default, a subscription is set to automatically renew to ensure there’s no disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name.

  You can cancel your subscriptions by following the below steps:
  1. Under My Site > Plan, click on Manage Plan. Or, go to Account Profile > Manage Purchases.
  2. Select the subscription you’d like to cancel. Click Cancel Subscription

  We refunded $300 on April 15th. Those funds typically take about ten days to reach you. Inquire about delays with the bank.
