  Hello we have a charge to a credit card and I’m not sure what this is for. Can someone advise how I can contact WordPress direct to get them to look into this?

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
