To clarify, I am upset with getting automated responses to the form submissions linked above- not to these responses.
So to be more accurate, my inability to talk to someone directly (and not on a public forum) is unreal. Especially since there are not any charges under this account. I’m confused and incredibly suspicious the more resistance I encounter in trying to work this out with someone and find out why my card information is even being handled by WordPress at this point in time. 🤷♀️
Is there no billing support number I can call? My next step I suppose is the bank?

Do you have any idea what the URL associated with the upgrade might be?
As you note, I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
