  Hello! I just got charged to maintain a domain I do not see listed on my account and I would like to be refunded and terminate the domain.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
