    Hi! I did not use your service as you see, and my card was charged 2x with 8900 ft. Once in this month and once in the last month. I have not setup automatic payment in the beginning. I just was curious about your service, my first payment was oke, but I didn’t want 2 and 3 months subscription at all, your site has setup for me automatic charge whitout my premission. Please refund my last 2 charge from November and October and unsubscribe me from this plan. You can see I don’t even logged in to the site nor even use anything since long long time. I’m just noticed today this two unwanted charge. I hope you understand and you will help me, thank you!

    Why can I not contact anyone in live chat, or in email?

    I had a look at your account, but I don’t see any paid subscriptions here – this is why you were not able to reach out via email or live chat. If the charge came from WordPress.com, it must come from a different account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    If the charge indeed comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. We’ll need to get some additional information from you to track down the transaction, and we cannot discuss those here in the public forums.
