    Hello – I was just reviewing my credit card charges and it looks like I was charged by WordPress for $96 on April 25, 2023. I don’t see a charge in my billing history, so not sure what happened here. Can you please reverse this transaction? I shouldn’t have a WordPress subscription directly. I’m going through Elementor’s subscription.

    Hi –

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve reviewed the account but do not see any charges from that time frame. This indicates that the charge is coming from a different user account. In order to track that down, please use the charge details to regain access through the account recovery process. Do not post those details in the public forum as they are unique to the account.
