Yea but idk if I have the transaction ID. Is there a way to do it without the ID? On my gift card idk if it will show the ID or not. Here’s a pic of what I see on it

So who charged me then? Who do I have to contact? I want to find out what site etc charged me so I can find out if I authorized it or not. If I find out I didn’t do it I want to dispute it. But before I do anything I have to find out what site it is etc. Is it part of wordpress or?

From what site did you take that screenshot? It’s a good starting point to find out who charged you …

Again that domain hasn’t been registered at all and is available to anyone who wants to buy ut.

How do I find out who charged me? If that domain isn’t registered etc how do I find out who charged me? I already called the gift card support awhile back (before I contacted here) and the guy told me the one that charged me was wordpress but the other guy told me they didn’t charge me. So I’m confused and idk what to do next

only giftcardmail can sort this out … however according to trustpilot they seem to be a fraude.

What do you mean by that? And I could report the transaction as unauthorized but before I do that I want to make 100% sure that I didn’t do it before I report it. But the thing is, I can’t fully remember if I did it or not. It is possible it was a purchase I made awhile back that showed a weird text on my card or maybe it wasn’t from me but I have no idea. I want to find out what it was from before I report it. The card company wants me to check if I did it or not before reporting it. But again what do you mean by trustpilot and fraude?

As @staartmees pointed out, you should contact the company (or website) – giftcardmail – where you purchased the gift card used to register the domain for more help on the transaction and the domain.
It’s unclear what happened, but the domain is certainly not registered on WordPress.com 👍

⚠️ You’ll need to contact the company where you purchased the domain — they are the only valid point of contact for help with your purchase or the domain.
As I pointed out earlier, the domain was not with WordPress.com at all 😊
