we have had no warning no email no invoice but you have takne money!
please explain why and I would like a refund. i took a free blog and now you charge?? with NO WARNING i am going to get legal advice as NO WARNING OF THIS ACTIOnThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

i have checked and it is 98.11 euros and for what? what is the worst bit is you cannot actually contact you to say why have you taken this? no contact form, no phone number?
it has come out of our business account, so no email, no invoice plus in my cash board it says NO credit card details saved or bills, purchases etc,
so please let me know why ?
is there is a further complaints place about wordpress as I truly cannot believe you don’t allow people to contact you directly about money issues! -
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

Hi there,
As @timethief pointed out, we need more information in regards to the charge. I checked the account you are contacting us from and there is no history of any charge under it.
I want to make sure that you are contacting the right place because it may be a self-hosted site you are referring to. If you have the name of the domain URL, that would definitely assist us in finding the charge if it was us who charged you.
If this doesn’t work, I’ll email you to get your name and the date of the charge. I can look up purchases that way as well.
