  I need clear this up. I upgraded to the middle plan and purchased it for $96.00. The charge was kicked back. So I paid the balance due with the $20.00 fee thinking that it would reinstate my original accouu. But that did not happen. I just need to have my original purchase reinstated. How do I do this.
