Charge back fee

We received an email stating that the charge for the ‘premium’ option did not go through. We have contacted the credit card company and was informed that it did not go through because there was a suspicion of fraud. We have since advised them to process the charge and they said that they would. Do I still need to go through the process of paying the chargeback fee if the charge has since been approved?
Any help would be appreciated – it is so strange that there is no direct way to contact WordPress….

Looking at your account everything is setup correctly. The original payment for WordPress.com Premium on 9/9/16 for $79 was refunded. It can take up to 8 weeks for this payment to process through your bank. We are not in control of these funds any longer.
I’ve also updated the primary domain on your account to show grunerlaw.com in browsers instead of grunerlaw.wordpress.com.
