    Hi @gypsypandablog, usually a chargeback fine means you bought or renewed something through us, then told your card company or bank the payment was fraudulent.

    When that happens, they take the funds from us and also impose a fine.

    If you want to clear this without a fine, you can talk to the bank and let them know the charge was legitimate. It may take a while, though, so we do offer the option of simply letting you pay the fine. And if you’d like to buy your upgrades back, let us know and we’ll help set up an invoice for that. Please note domains can be tricker and sometimes more expensive to get back, so if you’re hoping for that, let us know right away.
