Charge Back fine

  I made a mistake and created a dispute but i already canceled the dispute but there is still a charge back fine. I canceled the dispute before it got any further and i would like to know how to remove the fine?

  HI there,

  Since the dispute has already been closed by our payment processor you won’t be able to cancel it at this time. I’m checking with our billing team if the dispute was closed in your favor or ours, which will determine whether you need to pay for the chargeback fee that’s already been added to your checkout page to unlock your site before you can continue using it.
