  I’m getting a red warning pop up regarding a charge back. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  It appears in 2014 you bought a Premium Theme from us, and then disputed the charge a few weeks later. We are fined by our payment provider when a chargeback happens, which is why you are required to pay a fee to reactivate your site after filing a dispute against us. More details here:
