Charge Back Issue – Need live chat and unable to connect to it?

I am having issues with my site, so I tried to get a refund for the purchase price in May and sent a dispute through paypal. I then purchased another wordpress.com site named: pathsrevealingaspiritualpractice.wordpress.com but you have it linked to my site I am trying to dismantle named lifecomesatyousite. I purchased another program having live chat features, but unable to access them. My payment ws processed and went through with no issues. You sent me an email saying my banck refused payment therefore I was sent a chargeback fee of $20 to reinstitute my blog. I went to my bank this morning and they never denied payment and in fact I have a reciept from you that it was accepted and all ok. I really need to speak with someone to clear this up as I do nto have access to my old site: lifecomesatyousite as tying to set up a new one called: pathsrevealingadeeperspiritualpractice, but I do not have a domain for this one yet as am confused about the whole thing. I am unable to use either of my blogs at this point due to this chargeback issue which my bank has processed payment. Help?

@lifecomesatyousite a dispute is different from a refund request; it says the charge was fraudulent and sets some processes in motion that need resolution. That’s where the $20 fee is coming from. So to start, can you un-dispute that through your bank? Get in touch and let them know we’re resolving it here so they can close their investigation. When it’s closed, we can remove the $20 fee.
Also it sounds like you’ve signed up for multiple accounts: do you know what the other username is (or what the other usernames are?) That way we can try to locate your extra usernames and help iron this out for you.

I went to my bank this morning and there is nothing being questioned or debated with any charge. I believe it was through paypal, so will address that.

But am confused. the website is named: spiritualityandfaith.wordpress.com and the site name is lifecomesatyou
I am not sure what each is called or named and not sure if I have a domain or not.
Pathsrevealingadeeperspiritualpractice.wordpress.com should be under titled: Life as I see It, not lifecomesatyou It seems both of these blogs are attached to lifecomesatyousite so not sure what is going on.
The pathsrevealingadeeperspiritualpractice is a new site I purchased on July 8th and I have a receipt for that from wordpress and it went through my bank and you received monies, so not sure why I can unable to use my site? this should be under Life as I See It So, if you received my monies, why is this site not accessible.
The chargeback was attached to the site: lifecomesatyousite which is:spiritualityandfaith blog. This is the one that should be inaccessible, not the recent one I purchased. Totally confusing for me as just trying to set up my blog, now unable to edit, post, or use new site, which should have no chargeback or anything in regards to issues as just purchased it July 8th.
Would be nice if I could have someone to speak with or use live chat to get this settled quicker so I can use my new site.

Using live chat does not mean that you get an answer any more quickly as this thread is already receiving Staff support. Please be patient while waiting for them to return to this thread.

Live chat is definitely faster if you’re logged into an account that has access to it. When you sent a dispute through paypal that triggered several things and also got rid of live chat for this account.
Looks like you disputed the charge on the other account, too, so it has the same problem.
Please close both disputes with PayPal, and that will resolve most of these issues automatically. You may need to re-purchase an upgrade if you want that again, depending on the status of your disputes with Paypal.

I have closed both disputes but still unable to post, edit, or have all access to my blogs?

I am wondering why I have to repurchase an upgrade and also pay the chargeback fee of $20. Would this be so for both sites I own?
Why not just pay the chargeback fee? Seems an awful lot to pay to have service restored over this.
Are you telling me that paying $58 will restore both sites back to being able to use them?

@lifecomesatyousite when you close the disputes it takes a little while for the resolution from PayPal to get here, and for us discern the status.
If PayPal has already refunded you, that means we wouldn’t have funds here and would need to have you re-purchase the upgrades. If they didn’t refund you, we can re-add the upgrades on our end.
In either case, when it’s fully resolved, the $20 fees will go away.

I’ve restored both subscriptions. Did you want help with refunding one of them?

In saying that, I have named: pathsrevealingadeeperspritualpracitce
As my wordpress site. So, what is Life as I See It called? And what do you call pathsrevealingadeeperspiritualpractice? And how is this all tied to:
As I need to resolve all of this before I create any further issues as do not want another problem with not accessing my material?
And do I have a domain? If so, what is it called? Thanks so much!

Ok, I see the difference between site name and site address. Now if I add a domain, how does that fit into site address and site name and which will be seen first by others?
I would like a refund for one of my sites, but not until I have copied all my materials from my older website to put on my most recent on: Life as I See It.
is this site somehow attached to @lifecomesatyousite?
Also, I have purchased the plan to have live chat. Is there a way to access that while I am in writing mode in my blog?
Please let me know if getting a refund for one site will lock it down so it will be inaccessible. I do not need two sites.

Am I able to section my blog into different topics so they are in different sections?

A custom domain would be added to an existing site, and (if you make it primary) it would display instead of your .wordpress.com address .
You have two sites on two different accounts. So we can address this one piece at a time.

I want my new site Life as I see it with address being: pathsrevealingadeeperspiritualpractice but in saying this, I wanted to make sure i have copied all aritcles and transferred them to my new site. Can you deactivate all other sites on July 20th, thus giving me time to do the transfer and refund monies paid in May?
I also have another site address: spiritualityandfaith I want to deactivate as very confusing to me in having this many and still confused about learning wordpress.Thanks!

To clarify, your address will have to have a .com or .net or something like that in it. Do you want to keep https://pathsrevealingadeeperspiritualpractice.wordpress.com/ or make it https://pathsrevealingadeeperspiritualpractice.com ?
