Charge dispute

  There was a charge on my card for $72 yet it should have been $48. My bank filed a dispute and now WordPress has charged me another $15.

  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  Hi –

  I’ve taken a look at the account and payment history. The difference in what you paid originally and the renewal cost is due to some changes that were made to the plans.

  The domain registration is not included with the plan, which is the difference you’ve outlined in your post.

  We sent out several emails before the renewal explaining that change. If you want to keep your domain, but cancel the plan, we can help you with that.

  The chargeback will need to be cancelled by your bank before we can make further changes.
