I was charged $114 for an account I never signed up for and the account I do have with WordPress does not show any purchase history or payment options saved. I need to be reimbursed for the $114 and I need my payment information deleted for future charges.

I attempted to use that form before posting on the forum and it would not allow me to submit. The problem is just that, there is no charge and no payment information on my wordpress account and yet I was charged

Then you have been charged for a completely different account. As the charge sounds like a renewal of a Premium plan and a custom domain do you recall the full address of the domain you purchased last year?

The issue is that I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to request a refund.
