WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Can you tell me what charge you’re seeing duplicated? Did you get duplicate receipts? Or are you seeing a duplicate charge on your bank statement?

Hi, it is not for the domain you mention, but for usaenbarcelona.com
The one you are mention was like one month ago, whereas the one I am writing for was last week.

Hi Clara,
The upgrade for usaenbarcelona.com is owned by another username than the one from which you’re posting, sorry for that confusion and delay.
We only have one transaction in our records for usaenbarcelona.com, but the same owner had other transaction which may appear as double-charging because it had an authorization charge and a final charge.
I’ve sent an email to that username to discuss those charges specifically. Since it sounds like you’re that account’s owner as well, please reply there. :)
