    Hey there, I don’t see that charge on this account. Do you have more than one username? If you’re not sure how to log into the correct account, you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for.

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.

    Also, I noticed you recently cancelled a domain on this account, even though it was paid for; if you were using that elsewhere or would like to have access to it in the future, please let us know ASAP so we can restore that before it goes into redemption. This domain was not associated with the $114 renewal.
