Charge for Already Cancelled Website

    I was charged today for a domain and personal plan, which i have cancelled several years ago and not used since. I was hoping for a way to get a refund on these charges, how would I go about this? Many thanks.

    Hey there,

    I have canceled your subscription for crossoverbirmingham.com and refunded the charges back to you. The plan had already been refunded a bit earlier today. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
