Charge for an old website

  Dear WordPress,

  I woke up this morning and realized that I’ve been charged (Domain Mapping) for the website ch-bat.com. It’s a website I no longer manage for years.

  Is there a way to get a refund? (It’s not for me to pay these fees).

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  That’s the thing. I don’t have access to their account anymore. However, I can provide you with the proof of payment from Paypal if you give me some direct way to get in touch with you.
