Charge for CLOSED WordPress account

I am writing in relation to a different CLOSED wordpress account Baldasbrass.com
I have been charged a subscription despite this site being CLOSED.
This is the transaction number for the subscription
[REDUCTED]
I cannot access the site because it is CLOSED.
Please REFUND As soon as possible.

That site certainly hasnt been closed as it is still up and running.
Never post sensitive information as a transaction id in a public forum. I tagged this to get attention from Staff who can remove this info.
To get a refund you must log in to the account https://wordpress.com/forums/users/leapingtracks/ owning that site.
If you no longer have access to that account, you can use the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ -

That payment is for an upgrade that belongs to a completely different account from the one you’re using to post here. That account has not been closed, and both the site, and the account that owns it are still active.
Go to https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and enter the transaction ID you provided in your post above on that page. Then someone will follow up with you via email to help you regain access to the account, and they’ll also be able to help you with a refund.
