charge for ‘domain mapping’

  I haven’t been able to find the place where I can turn OFF auto-renewal. This domain name ‘mophotoartist.com’ I no longer have the rights to and don’t want to pay for its domain mapping.

  Hi mophotoartist2013,

  The domain mapping upgrade is owned by another account which is why there is no option to manage it from the one you are currently logged in to.

  Please log out of mophotoartist2013, then log back in with the username mophotoartist and reply here. I’ll then be happy to disable auto renew for the domain mapping upgrade or cancel it.

  Come back to me if you have any trouble.
