Charge for WordPress.com off my Paypal account but it's not in my control panel

    Hi, I don’t know which domain I’m being charged a domain mapping fee for. There is no record of any purchase in my account.

    To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.

    How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

    Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

    There are no upgrades billed to this user account. Have you tried to sign in at WordPress.com using the email address where your receipt was delivered?
