Charge from WordPress on my credit card.

    Could not find a way to contact the support team properly, everything is confusing in terms of navigation on here.

    I got an unknown charge from WordPress on my credit card and have no clue why and where it came from, what should I do?

    I have checked the charge, It says that it is a charge for WordPress.com Premium and there is a link to the website that was created in 2018. I have long ago cancelled all the subscriptions with WordPress and deleted all the accounts I had with wordpress.

    The way the support team works is ridiculous. You chat with an AI only to get sent to either 1) their help@wordpress.com email which is an AI that is 0% helpful or 2) “transfers” you to a human support member, but in order to access that help, you need to pay. Ridiculous to say the least. Best they can do is to offer to post your problem on this forum.

    If you are charged by wordpress.com you certainly didn’t cancel the purchase(s) nor did you close the according wordpress.com account.
