Charge made on Royal Oak High School annual account for WordPress: need receipt

    I am Kariann Orth, a Web Design teacher at Royal Oak High School in Royal Oak Michigan. Our secretary informed me about our school account being charged for an annual WordPress newsletter fee. We need a receipt for our records so that I can submit that to accounting. Please let me know who, and how, I can connect with an actual person at WordPress. (email visible only to moderators and staff) Thank you.

    Hi Kariann,

    I assume this is for royaloakschools.org, correct? That site isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com, but was built using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. We don’t offer any paid service for newsletters on WordPress.com, and we don’t provide any services at all, paid or free, related to that site, so it’s unlikely that we’re the company that charged you.

    This is likely for a newsletter service like Mailchimp, MailPoet, Mailerlite, etc., in which case you’d need to contact that service directly.

    I checked the subscription form on that site at https://www.royaloakschools.org/district/administration/publications/e-news-community-subscription/, but I see that’s just an embedded Google Form, which doesn’t offer any clue as to which newsletter service you might be using, so I’m afraid I can’t be of any more help in this case.
