  Hi there!

  I’m not showing any charges under your account since the last one that was made in April 2016, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If you see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
