Hi there,
I don’t see any upgrades or past transactions for WordPress.com in your account, and we don’t have any upgrades here that are billed monthly.
I do see an Akismet payment on your account, but that was made in March and there has been no recurrences of that payment since.
If the payment is for any WordPress.com service it should show WPCHRGE.COM on your statement. If it’s not showing that, the payment wasn’t to us, but let me know if you have any other information like an amount, transaction date, and the URL of a site for which this can be and I’ll be happy to investigate further.
Please don’t post the name on your card or the card number here.

Hi there,
We actually have 3 sites associated with that same account, and the charge in question is actually for the website VandelayDesign.com. The last charge we received was on 6/22/16 for the amount of $5. This charge recurs monthly. Are you able to find it using that information? -
That is a self-hosted site connected to your account using the Jetpack plugin, so most likely this is a Jetpack charge. However, I don’t have access to Jetpack account information. It’s best if you contact Jetpack support directly about this – they should be able to help you.
You can contact Jetpack support at this link:
https://jetpack.com/contact-support/To help speed up the process, please provide them the date and amount of the charge, and also the name that appears on the card. That will help them track down the transaction faster. Also make sure to include that it might be for this site.

Thanks for checking into this. I’ll check with Jetpack and see if we can nail down the charges.
Thanks again!
