  Hi. I was charged without any warning on May 12 2021 and I would like a refund and for any and all future charges to be cancelled. Thank you

  I don’t see any paid subscriptions under the account you’re reaching from. What is the address of the site in question?

  HI, I have the code and I searched it in the charge search and it said it was a .blog domain registration. I did not do this. It was for “sydneyallen.blog”. I clicked to see the receipt and it redirected me to my billing history but read an error message, saying that my receipt could not be found.

  You’ll be able to see the billing details if you’re logged into the correct account. You will want to log out from sydn3yall3n and log in using the correct email address.

  If you don’t remember the credentials, look for the transaction ID of the charge you mentioned, and use it on the Account Recovery form:
